Help us find the perfect forever home for our handsome boy, Charlie.
Charlie is a 6-year-old Cockapoo who has been loved and cherished since he was just 8 weeks old. This has been an incredibly difficult decision for his family, but they know that finding him the right home is the kindest thing they can do.
Charlie is a gentle, affectionate soul who forms incredibly strong bonds with the people he trusts. Although he can be nervous when meeting new people, if he’s given the time and space to come to you in his own time, you’ll discover a loving companion who enjoys nothing more than being close to his person.
Charlie is happiest in a calm, predictable environment. Due to anxiety, he is looking for a home with no children and no other pets, where he can relax and feel secure. We know his perfect person is out there—someone who understands that patience and kindness are rewarded with unconditional love.
Once settled, Charlie enjoys all the simple pleasures in life. He loves:
🐶 Fish-based treats (and the occasional piece of cheese!)
🎾 Rope toys, teddies and chews
🚗 Travelling in the car, where he settles beautifully
🌊 Splashing in the water and having a swim
❤️ Spending time with the people he loves
Charlie knows several commands including sit, stay, paw and off, and although he can be strong on the lead, with consistency and gentle guidance he will continue to improve.
He eats a sensitive fish-based diet due to food allergies, and this has helped improve recurring ear infections. He is microchipped, fully vaccinated, and his vaccination records are up to date. Charlie is groomed at home every 4–6 weeks, where he is calm and cooperative with someone he trusts.
When left alone for a few hours, Charlie settles well in his own space without becoming distressed. At night, he happily sleeps in his own area in the living room.
Charlie isn’t looking for a busy household—he’s looking for his person. Someone who will give him the understanding, security and love he deserves. In return, you’ll gain a loyal best friend whose trust is something truly special.

Cher is a beautiful 4-year-old crossbreed (Old English Bulldog × Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso) looking for a calm, understanding home where she can truly thrive.
Cher is an incredibly affectionate little dog who absolutely loves nothing more than cuddling up with her favourite people. She’s happiest snuggled beside you on the sofa or curled up in bed at night, and she forms strong bonds with the people she trusts. She also enjoys soft toys (although they don’t usually last very long!), tasty treats, and showing off her tricks. She knows sit, paw, other paw, high five and “knuckles” – especially if a treat is involved!
Cher enjoys her dry food and likes a bit of variety every now and then, although she’s currently enjoying Wagg. Wet food doesn’t agree with her stomach, so she sticks to dry kibble.
Cher has always been an anxious dog, and sadly this anxiety has recently led to redirected aggression towards another dog in the household. After a great deal of thought, the heartbreaking decision that finding her the right home is the kindest and safest option for everyone involved.
She has lived with children and has always been gentle and affectionate with them and their friends once she has had time to settle. However, she does become much more anxious around very young children and toddlers, often becoming tense and uncomfortable. Because of this, we feel Cher would be happiest in an adult-only home, or one with older, sensible teenagers who understand when she needs space.
Cher has lived with other dogs throughout her life but can be nervous around unfamiliar dogs, and due to her recent behaviour we believe she would do best as the only pet in the home. She isn’t a fan of cats.
She walks reasonably well on a lead, although she can pull at times. She’s a little nervous travelling in the car but copes with reassurance. She doesn’t enjoy baths or water, and while she’s happy to be brushed, grooming can make her anxious, so patience and gentle handling are important.
Cher is microchipped and has no known medical conditions.
Cher is looking for a patient, experienced owner who understands anxious dogs and can offer her a calm, predictable environment where she can relax and feel secure. A single person or adult couple would be an ideal match. In the right home, Cher has so much love to give and will reward you with endless affection, loyalty and companionship.
This decision has not been made lightly, and finding the right forever home for Cher is our absolute priority.

Available: Poppy
This gorgeous girl is Poppy, an 8-year-old Crossbreed who is searching for a loving new family to spend her golden years with.
Making the decision to rehome Poppy has not been easy. She is very much loved, but due to changes in her owners’ circumstances, they can no longer give her the exercise she needs. Poppy is a strong dog on the lead, and while her owner has always walked her, he is now unable to do so because he is not strong enough. They want to do what is best for Poppy and find her a home where she can continue to thrive.
Poppy is a wonderfully affectionate girl who absolutely loves fuss, cuddles, and being close to her people. In fact, she’s happiest curled up on her owners’ bed at night! She’s friendly, enjoys the company of children, and loves meeting other dogs. She can be quite boisterous when she plays, so she’d be happiest as the only dog in the home where she can have all the attention to herself.
She has a healthy appetite and isn’t fussy with food, happily eating both wet and dry food, with chicken being one of her favourite treats. Poppy is microchipped, spayed, registered with the vets, and has no known medical issues.
Although she hasn’t travelled in the car very often, she has happily been on a bus, showing she’s adaptable with a little reassurance.
Poppy would suit an individual or couple, or a family with older children, who can confidently handle a stronger dog and offer her the love, attention, and exercise she deserves. In return, you’ll gain a loyal, affectionate companion who will happily snuggle up beside you at the end of the day.

The current owners, due to unforeseen circumstances have had to make the very hard and difficult decision to rehome Waffle.
Waffle is a beautiful Cockapoo x Cavapoo, 5 years old in October, is looking for a new loving, forever home with no children or any other animals.
Waffles owners describe her as "A massive love bug" who loves cuddles and being spoilt, she needs a quiet home to enjoy being the centre of someone's life.
She is very playful and loves her toys.
Waffle loves a treat however dog treats upset her stomach, Waffles favourite treats are Peaches, however she likes most fruit & vegetables as treats. She eats a mix of wet & dry food.
Because of the breed Waffle requires regular grooming 6-8 weeks, she is good at the groomers, can be funny when she gets her nails done.
Waffle is weary of men and can bark excessively when first introduced, but does settle after a short time.
Visitors to the house Waffle, will jump up at them, she will settle within ten minutes. The owners use the command "OFF" & click their fingers which usually works.
She is good on the lead but will pull. She does get distracted easily by dogs, birds etc so they tend to keep her on a lead if a lot of activity is around her.
Waffle is okay with other dogs, not keen on smaller breeds of dogs or cats.
She is fully house trained, likes her crate to go for quiet time. She can be left on her own for a few hours; always make sure the bin is out of her way. She will bark at people passing by.

Ghillie is a beautiful 6 year 5 month old male Border Collie.
He is available and is seeking a nice country home he can explore and set up life.
Ghillie is micro-chipped and neutered. He is also healthy with no medical issues.
He is looking for a new home ideally with someone who has experience of the breed and no young kids, older children are fine.
He has been around children before but hasn't lived with them.
Ghillie does not like passing cars and will try to jump at them, so he would be best placed somewhere away from any main roads.
He is a character and has his own routines.
At night he will take himself away to bed and will sleep all night, usually getting up in the morning around 8am for his breakfast.
He likes other dogs and gets on well with them. A home with no cats is best.
Ghillie will travel in the car but doesn't like anyone reaching into the boot as he thinks this is his space, so does need gentle encouragement to get out.
Ghillie would absolutely thrive with someone who is active, he loves to run and spend time outdoors.
He walks best with a harness rather than a lead.
Ghillie eats Wainwrights Scottish Salmon dry food, twice a day. He likes the occasional human food too, such as a small amount of cheese.
Ghillie can be left on his own for up to 6 hours.
He loves treats and normally gets these when doing any training as a reward.
Ghillie is registered with the vets and likes his own space.
He will bark when someone comes into the home, he is friendly and likes to meet people but can get over excited.
He will bark from the boot of the car and will also bark if someone sneezes, he also doesn't like the sound of a coffee maker or big yawns.
Ghillie did live with two cats before and they where the boss of the home before they passed away. He is a very loving and loyal dog and will make a great pet for a family or someone who can give him lots of attention.

Available: Lady
Lady is a 5 year old female Central Asian Shepherd. She is available and would suit a home with someone who understands the breed or has had bigger dogs previously.
Lady isn't keen on other dogs. She has lived with another dog she was fond of, but isn't keen on strange dogs outside of the home.
Lady is great with humans and loves to meet new people. She loves getting patted and attention.
Lady is chipped and spayed and healthy with no medical issues.
She is fed a protein diet of fish protein and kibble as she can have a sensitive stomach.
Lady can be left on her own but may bark to begin with, she will soon settle down.
She likes to be near her owners at bed time.
Lady is fine in the car and great around kids. Due to her size we'd suggest older children from 8+.
Lady is registered at the vets and walks well on the lead. She would need to be kept away from other dogs as she isn't keen on other dogs.
A home with no cats is best.

Available: Midniyt and Sunni
Midniyt (F, Black Cat) 2 year old & Sunni (M, Ginger Cat) 1 year old, two adorable cats, who are available and looking for a loving home together.
Both cats have grown up around children, would need a home with no other animals.
Midniyt is not keen on being petted or held for too long, she sets the time scale for when she needs affection and time with you.
Neither have any medical problems, they both eat Whiskers Pouches mix box, Coshida or Whiskers Biscuits.
They can be left alone, however their current owners have been at home with them most of the day. Although generally indoor cats the owners feel if they are left for long periods of time they may need access to out doors.
The cats use a litter tray, Cat litter Bob Martin.
Both enjoy chasing each other around, using their climbing frame and scratch post, these can go with them. No carry box for transporting.
Midnyt can occasionally hiss at Sunni, as when they play he gets a bit rough, so she has to put him in his place. Always the best of friends once Sunni does what he's told, which is all the time.

Astrid is a 5 year old female German Shepherd x Belgian Malinois. She is available and looking for a new home.
Astrid is chipped and spayed and also healthy with no medical issues.
She would suit a home with someone who is active and can give her plenty of walks and attention.
Astrid eats a mix of wet and dry food and can be left on her own.
She travels well in the van with her dog walker but can be car sick. She sleeps in her owners room at night either on the bed or her own bed on the floor.
Astrid likes to meet new people and gets excited. She would be fine around teenagers but not small children.
Astrid doesn’t like cats. She is registered with the vets.
She is fine on group walks but when she is with her owner she can be reactive to other dogs as she thinks she is protecting her owner.
A home with no other animals is best for Astrid and her needs.
She is use to spending time alone at home with background music left on for her. Astrid is excellent at letting you know when she needs the toilet. She is kept on a lead when out on walks as she can be reactive to other dogs but not all dogs. She is also use to a long lead and loves to play with her toy or a ball. Astrid sees playing with toys or a ball as a job and doesn't pay much attention to other dogs unless they come into her space.

Available: Tigger
Tigger is a 6 year old Bengal cat. He is seeking a new home with someone who is experienced with the breed.
He is loving and affectionate and would be best in a very quiet and peaceful home as his previous home was very busy and loud and this caused Tigger to mark his territory.
He is chipped and neutered and healthy with no medical issues.
Tigger is good with kids but they would have to be older children that are calm and not noisy.
He has had some teeth out previously so he isn't able to eat larger biscuits but will eat wet food and small cat biscuits.
Tigger can be left on his own and likes Dreamies.
He is also registered at the vets and likes to get outside.
He will toilet outside and not in a litter tray.
Tigger is fine in a cat carrier.

Deposit/Reservation Statement
Anyone wishing to offer an animal a new home will be asked for a deposit to reserve an animal until a home inspection or checks are carried out.
Deposits are to reserve an animal, so we know the potential adopter is genuine and will not waste our time.
As there is a lot of planning which goes into arranging home visits and checks, we have to take a deposit to secure the reservation and carry out these checks.
If you reserve an animal and cancel at a later date, we will not be able to refund the deposit as work may have already been carried out.
If your home inspection is not suitable or your checks fail, we will refund the deposit, minus the home checkers travel costs.
Any home checks which pass, and once an animal is rehomed, deposits are not refundable - this also applies to any animals rehomed and later returned.
Registration fees are not refundable once you or anyone acting on your behalf has registered a pet for rehoming.
By offering any animal a new home, you agree to our deposit/reservation statement.
